The TRNDAY Lab is a controlled performance environment built around you.

How the Residency Works

The Residency runs in 12-week seasons.

Month 1: Initiation

This is where we slow everything down to get it right.

Initiation includes:

  • Full diagnostic testing across key performance domains
  • Four 1-on-1 sessions per month
  • Daily programming delivered through the TRNDAY app
  • Full Lab access
  • Complete onboarding into the TRNDAY Operating System

This month is intentionally immersive.

We identify:

  • how you move
  • how you produce force
  • how you recover
  • how your lifestyle supports or limits performance
Month 2-3: Residency

Residency includes:

  • Four 1-on-4 precision sessions per month
  • Individualized daily programming
  • Open Lab access for self-directed training
  • Ongoing coach feedback and performance review inside the app
  • Monthly recalibration check-ins
  • End-of-season re-test to measure progress

You’ll continue with:

  • Consistent one-on-one coaching
  • Structured weekly programming
  • Open access to the Lab environment
  • Ongoing feedback and recalibration

This phase is about ownership.

You learn how to train with autonomy while still being supported by a system that keeps you progressing.
